| How many people here would take up arms in a mass rebellion when it takes place? How many of you would be willing to give your lives for a just cause? In the name of Freedom. |

| I would much prefer that the other guy die for his principles. George Patton said something to that effect to his troops in Europe. At least he did in the movie "Patton".Freedom is just a word. It all depends on what the "mass rebellion" is really about. I certainly wouldn't be willing to die for the "freedom" to smoke marijuana. It's just not that important in the larger scheme of things. I can't think of anything going on in this country today that's worthy of a "mass rebellion". Could you be more specific? I doubt that I'd be willing to die for a mass anything. My tendency is to think for myself.

| I think the answer to the question of what a person would do for freedom in some ultimate, extrapolated situation isn't entirely hypothetical. We should answer that question everyday in the way we live and smaller-scale decisions we make about how we spend our time, money, and energy. Our everyday decisions can cultivate justice or exploitation. |

| If the time came, I probably would. I would die for my fellow future man to live a better life - that is as long as my contribution to the future ain't in vain. ![]()

| I don't think I would be willing to put my life on the line for anything other than my loved ones. It sounds cheesy but it's true. If things were to drastically change and my freedom was in jeopardy, that would be a different story.. but I am not going to fight to my death for marijuana to be legalized. |

| I would defend my country by picking up a gun if a foreign nation invaded. I wouldn't like to join the army, especially not in today's world. But I'd pick up a gun and help defend my community. An armed rebellion? If it's realistic, it means that many, even tens, of millions will have to die. I wouldn't put myself, or help put my country through an ordeal like that, unless there was a damn good reason and we had a damn good cause. Quote:

| No, not just for marijuana. For when the day of a totalitarian government comes and everything is taken from you. What would you do then? |
