Default poll: do you consider yourself addicted?

I realize that weed is a pretty non-addictive "drug", but are there any people who feel that they are addicted?

Who would seriously answer yes to that question?

And what was terrifying was not that they would kill you for thinking otherwise, but that they might be right. For, after all, how do we know that two and two make four? Or that the force of gravity works? Or that the past is unchangeable? If both the past and the external world exist only in the mind, and if the mind itself is controllable what then?"

To a certain extent, I am addicted. It doesn't matter what priorities or plans I have set aside for the day - If there is weed and it's there, I can't help but smoke it. The upside is that I can function stoned and still get everything I need done..

However, I am not completly addicted, and this theory has been tested over the past couple of days ever since a huge ass drug bust left everyone in my county dry. I didn't smoke for four days striaght and didn't really mind that much, and that was after a year of smoking massive amounts daily - Morning, noon, and night.

So yes and no, I guess.

Well it looks like I am the first to admit it.......... I believe I have a psychological dependency on Marijuana, but at the same time I am a medical user of it, so I can display a physical withdrawl symptoms aswell. I use it to control clinical depression, and if I don't have it for a few days, I am prone to bouts of depression, for no reason, considering I love my life. Things like crying for no reason, and other stuff like that. I'm not sure if that would count as an addiction or a dependancy, but either way, I feel there is something like that present.

nope not addicted, I can easily go without weed, and Ive done it too. Soemtimes Ill start thinking about getting high and ill wanna do it really bad. Like right now, Im waiting for my parents to go to sleep so that I can smoke some weed in my room, and I cant wait, anxious I guess.

sometimes though, I find myself thinking of what life would be like without weed and its hard to imagine...i also imagine what its like being an addict of something, craving it..and it sucks just imagining it, so I hope i never have to experience it

Hell no. It was easier for me to quit marijuana than it was for me to quit caffeine. Marijuana simply isn't physically addictive.
