I would say I am a fairly creative person, but I often just feel like going straight to some stress relief like video games or something. When it comes to being creative while high, I really like building 3D scenes and animations.

any weed that makes me feel lazy prevents this though... i dont like couch lock, I like high that makes me want to get up and clean my room. a high that gets me excited about doing things

I can say for sure that I come up with better stand-up/skit material after smoking sativa than indica. As a matter of fact I'd say I come up with less shit on indica than when sober, but when I light up that sativa the ideas are just so easy to flow with.

I like to think that it's my own mind that does the creating, not the drugs. Use your brain, and you can be as creative as you want to be, you just have to let your inhibitions out. Smoking copious amounts of marijuana may make you feel so twisted that you have better ideas, but it's not what makes creativity. It's your mind.
