I purchased some digital scales a few years ago, and ever since then I've weighed most of my sacks. If I know it's straight (or even over), I don't bother weighing it, but if it looks/feels short, I'm weighing it, and getting money/weed back (hopefully). They do come in handy though.

A while back I was at the house of the guy who sold to the guy who sold to me at the time. My guy needed a oz. but for some reason no scale was around, so the first guy put some nugs on the table to examine. Took 'em back to my friend's house -- 28.4 g. We were like holy shit he's good

Without going into details about how I obtain things, I must admit I don't get to weigh my bags out before purchase many times. That being said, I trust the individuals I do business with, and weigh every bag out upon recieving it....and it has never been more than .1 off, and usually spot on. Quite honestly, I believe it may simply be a varience between our scales, as I've been off by that much weighing the same item twice on occasion.

I don't weigh from my primary dealer, only sometimes. I trust him too much. Sometimes it's short, sometimes it's extra, but usually it's spot on. We basically make up prices for him. We'll call him with a "is x amount of money good for y grams?" and he'll say yes nine times out of ten. It's one of the dealers that's too stoned to care...

The few times that we've weighed it and it happened to be short, the next day he made up the difference.

I try to always bring my scale with me and weigh out all of my bags. Just a habit. I trust my dealer, but mistakes can always be made. HE usually has no problem filling it up if he missed a gram or to.

I weigh my bags (1/2 oz usually) when I get home. I've never gotten shorted and I buy from the same two people every time, so until I see it get shorted I'll stick with them.
