|  Facebook vs. Myspace well, there's a little trend going on in the Techy Stuff sub forum with all this A vs. B stuff, so i thought i'd participate: What do you use Facebook or Myspace, and why? Or if you don't use it at all, why not? for me, entering high school, i felt like facebook was a step up. it's really neat and organized and plays into my OCD, haha. i still have a myspace, but it is rarely used and hasn't had much activity in over a month. but yeah, respond i want to know your thoughts on the subject.  |

| Facebook. As much as I hate it, I use it all the time. Theres only so many sites you can visit while youre on the computer from 8-5 without it getting very monotonous. |

| I thought it was common knowledge Facebook used data mining, surveillance and sold information to advertising companies, among others. Shiesty shit, it's the main reason I never signed up for them. You can't even delete your account (you can deactivate it but they keep all info stored away) without contacting administration... |

| I have both a myspace and facebook. I check my MySpace once every blue moon. I check my Facebook many times a day. I like how everything is all there at your finger tips. Facebook is like the grown up Myspace. No page music and weird layouts to look at...Its just simple. |

| I have both, and use both. I frequent my MySpace more often due to the fact that the majority of my friends use it, and that's pretty much what social networks come down to. Facebook is more clean and aesthetically pleasing in my opinion, but if no one I know uses it... it's relatively worthless. |
