Well, after upgrading my box a bit, I switched over to Slackware 10.
Got to say its dandy, although I am having problems with it. Upon logging out of KDE and shutting down the computer, it has a tendency to lock up. I think I isolated the problem to be Azureus and/or the files downloaded on Azureus. Seems to only happen when I've been using it, or watching movies I've downloaded from there.

One little thing I like about it is multiple desktops. Say for example you have two desktops and youre looking at some porn on one of them and youre gf/mother/sister/whoever comes in, you simply switch to a different desktop and it only shows the program that are open on the new desktop. Of course you can set it so youre menu bar shows programs from all desktops, or whatever. Or if you just to keep simliar programs/tasks organised you can do that using different desktops quite easily. Nifty feature.

My soundcard is fugged up right now...for the longest time, I just logged in as root, but I switched over and started using my user account and the soundcard isnt set up properly or something..I think its blocking Alsa from starting up.
