| Okay guys...ive had enough with my piss-poor podcast...Not enough people are hearing what I want them to hear. I have decided to invest in a 5-100 watt FM exciter (transmitter) and start my own pirate radio station. I'll make sure of course i'm not infringing upon any commercial stations... I wanted to ask if anyone here has any electrical or RF experience? I might need to build/buy/hook-up an RF amplifier to take the 5W exiciter im getting to 100-500W I ideally want to re-broadcast political stuff from AM and a few political songs. I'll use an ipod or whatever as input...If i can make a podcast into mp3 material, im sure i can make a playlist on an ipod w/programming and have it sound all professional. Anyone know how I can can go from a measly 5W to a more respectable 100-500 watts? ![]() I would love for someone else to be doing this locally...but alas no one is. I have realized that if I want to see somthing happen, I have to WORK MYSELF to make it happen. Hence the dadornta.com domain... Anyone w/electrical and/or radio experience?
