my limewire dont work

does anyone know of an update or somthing. it did work but now when i try to open it all i see is the hourglass for a second and it never opens

limewire has become not free. so if you've had it since its free days, it might be becuase of the lack of payment. althoguh, i dont know how long its been since it became unfree. (bastards)

Try Shareaza if you really want to keep using P2P, otherwise I'd really recommend switching over to torrents, at least, if not directdownload. Shareaza also seems to have fewer bad files than Limewire.

mine started acting really funky a week or 2 ago so i uninstalled it. i'm thinking about paying for it now because the prices they have dont sound bad, especially if the quality is good.

I run limewire, for free.

I would sugest that you un-install it completely, then re-install it.

you can still use the free limewire...I do

or you can up-grade to pro,

There are so many ways around this whole "paid upgrade" thing that it's not really a deterrent. What could possibly tha deterrent, though, is tha fact that limewire and p2p are pretty much dead technologies. Torrents are much better in many, if not EVERY, way (as bowl said) and direct d/l is, imho, tha future of filesharing.

Gotta do some research and stay ahead of tha curve bro, filesharing is rarely a legal thing and THEY don't ever stop finding new ways to get ya.

In my experiences, Azeurus is the way to go.

It's insane how many details are available through Azerurus. It's like the ultimate downloading software that tells you things you need to know that you had no idea you needed to know.

I wouldn't go with anything but that little azure frog
