PC maintenance: Disk Cleanup, Scan Disk, Defrag, and Virus scans.

I'm doing all mine right now on my PC, and I do it once a month, minimum. Just to keep my pc running at peak efficiency. My virus program is constantly running, but I run a full virus scan once a week.

I knew a woman that ran her PC for three years and never did any of the above PC maintenance. Her PC was slow, and acted weird, and she didn't understand why. Fortunately she had a friend there at the time, that could work on PC's, and helped her. This was back in 1997, and I never forgot how bad it is not to do PC maintenance.

So, how often do you do PC maintenance?
