I use Windows Media Player mainly because it burns CDs as well and the Radio function is nice. Besides, you can minimze it into the taskbar and it just sits there nicely. They're not going to report you for the amount of MP3s you have, and the digital rights thing is for certain files only, nothing to worry about. One, er, two less programs to download in my opinion (CD burning software, and a media player software...guess that makes it 3 since WinAmp doesn't play videos either).
