I couldn't disagree more. It is very rare that a page does not load properly in Firefox, which I would see as the only downside. Firefox makes cookie management easier, handles pop-ups easier (even w/SP2), makes collecting and viewing RSS and XML feeds simple, has the Adblock feature, has tabbed browsing, has fully secure password management, has customizable themes, eliminates phishing, is supported for many operating systems, and is as intuitive as IE. It seems as though IE is so great because Windows users have it forced on them and since its default on their Windows XP then its best.

Personally I haven't tried firefox yet but I think Opera is outstanding. Its got support for lots of operating systems and has been proven to be better than IE in many categories. However right now I am using Mozilla out of shear laziness.

I would like to try out firefox though

I hate Opera, waay too bulky, so much crap it makes my head spin. It reminds me of ICQ!

I loved Opera, I just didnt like the advertisement bar that showed up if you didnt buy it.

Just downloaded Firefox last night and man is it smoking! Firefox is my new main browser and man is it sweet.

Been using firefox for a loooonnngg time, i got it so customized, its so easy to use.

The mouse gestures extension is the best. Just hold the right button, move the mouse certain directions and it does a bunch of bifferent things.
Adblock is wonderful, tab browseing is wonderful.
