Witch one is the best?
Fire Fox
Mozzlia- or
Opera
Witch one do ya’ll use?
I used to use IE as a main browser until discovering Mozlia. Mozilia was good however; they came out with fire fox so I switched to it to see what it would be like. Fire Fox has always been very fast and very reliable- until someone had somehow, hijacked it. They whipped it clean, took the whole browser. So I am thinking about switching to Opera. I never used it before, but herd many good things about it so, before making a finial decision I figured I would come here to get Yawl’s opinion on witch browser is best.

I've had constant IE crashes, and I discovered Fire Bird (which is now Fire Fox) to be much more stable. I use Fire Fox for virtually everything.

Mozilla FireFox is the best browser by far, its got an excellent pop-up blocker built in which is far better than any of the third party blockers that I've seen... its been several months since of I've seen a single pop-up or pop-under ad. Also its much harder to contract spy ware though firefox, and is generally much more secure and stable. Everyone should download this, its way better than IE... http://www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/.

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that tabbed browsing is the coolest thing since sliced bread seriously, this feature is extremely addictive it actually makes you mad when you use IE, which doesn’t support it.

i use netscape 7.02 and a free pop up blocker, which is killer called Panicware. I love the 7.0 tab browsing too, and its fun

Same here, it works fine for me. I guess the only problem is those porn virus things that give you a toolbar. Easily deleted though .

Netscape has had me hooked for a while, and I'm using 7.1 now. I love using the tabs as opposed to multiple windows, and the pop-up blocker has been nearly flawless (maybe 1 got through in the last month?). I use the password manager for just about everything, though oddly enough it won't fill in this board's password. I believe that it is a good bit better than Microsoft's browser, and know that a lot more people would make the switch if they had any idea how good it is. Matter of fact, I would be curious to hear if any Fire Fox users have used netscape 7.1, and how the two compare...

netscape = retouched mozilla. they take mozilla, change it to say netscape, and offer it as netscape.

Thumbs up

Fire Fox is awesome
I never had any problems with Fire Fox until the recent hijacking. However, Internet Explorer has to be the worst browser in the internet world (“pop ups galore”)
Immediately After installing the new hard drive, I decided to do a test. the first thing I did was open IE, after doing so I went to spybot search and destroys website, then download it and see how many active x controls it would find (remember the hard drive was just installed minutes ago, and the only thing I had done was open IE and went to spy bots website) –No where else. After doing a scan, spybot had found 32 active x controls on the system. That is insane. IE actually allowed 32 active x controls to enter into the system. In addition, the only place I went to was spy bots website. After that, I went and downloaded Fire Fox, using it instead of IE, I went to a few websites to test the waters. After doing, so I did another scan, spybot found no threats. Fire Fox is awesome.
I would not mind trying that Opera but not sure, if Fire Fox and Opera would conflict with each other so I am just going to stick with fire Fox.
