|  put the windows reinstall disk in the computer. then reboot. while its loading press F8 or del or whatever you have to push (diffrent for most computers) then choose boot from disk. it will reinstall windows and delete EVERYTHING on your hard drive. but once your done, your computer is basically brand new. go here for more detail www.resnet.uni.edu/docs/reformatxp.html |
