|  Plz help me! Ok, I have a problem....When using netscape(which I do exclusively) and I try to watch video, instead of footage I get a massive page of seemingly random text. Anyone know how to get the video instead?

| I've found that the problem disappears if you can make the switch to FireFox. Its very similar to Netscape, in terms of tabs and all, but is infinitely more customizable, takes up less space on the computer. Other than that, I'd suggest downloading whatever file is giving you the problem and open it in whatever program is appropriate. Good luck... |

| LOL....just discovered ANOTHER probelem....any program I try to download, I get a message that "the source file cannot be read`contact service administrator or try again later" AND thats happened with ANY progream I tried to download....music etc no problems, but programs....no way! grrrr |

| Do yourself a favor, listen to DP. Can netscape and internet explorer as well, those browsers are nothing but problems. Go to www.download.com and look for FireFox. Your internet experience will get better by leaps and bounds if you do, I promise.  |

| Problem solved....broke down and fired up IE to download FireFox, and i must admit i am impressed so far! |
