Alright, so i spent most of my afternoon yesterday trying to figure this bullshit out. I downloaded a free ipod video converter from download.com and set to work trying to find a suitable video to put on the old pod. I searched yahoo and google and many other places and couldn't find a saveable video. I'm not sure how to save videos from the internet onto my harddrive so that they can be converted to an ipod format. Does anyone have like a step-by-step or something i can follow? It's really pissing me off and i'd like to get some vids on there. Thanks in advance!

Ok I have been bitch slapped, he is 17.

Anyway can you email him the video to nick@h26easy.org so he can check it out?

Also he said h.264 isn't fully working yet, try MPEG-4 (check the box at the bottom). That format will work on your ipod.

yeah i figured out i had to use the codec to get it to work. and after that it worked perfectly, the videos are on there now and i plan to put more on tonight.

YouTube has a lot of video resource. Here is a step-by-step guide page to show you how to download videos from YouTube. Also it shows you how to convert the videos to iPod. Hope it helps!
