Ive seen it mentioned in a few threads, but no thread devoted to it. I just switched over to FireFox not 10 minutes ago. So far, I am loving it a lot more than Internet Explorer. The only problem I am having thus far is the back button feature on my Logitech G7 mouse. It doesnt work at all in FF, but it did in IE. Can anyone direct me to some editing options to make this work? Also, anyone with FF have any add on suggestions?

I have used firefox for a while and love it. I tried IE 7 which is better than previous versions but I prefer FF 2.

I especially like the spelling correction (my spelling is good but my typing sucks and causes goofs).

I am not sure what the mouse problem is due to though.

Firefox owns. Extensions I'm using are:
Foxytunes (lets you control your media player directly from your browser)
Fasterfox (like the name, makes Firefox operate faster)
IE tab (allows you to use the IE engine directly in Firefox if a site isn't working for you)
NoScript (Helps out with security by disabling certain scripts)
McAfee Site Advisor (collects info about sites to help you avoid dangerous stuff)

I've been usinbg firefox for years, and I'm loving it.

Adblockers the only extension I ever used, but theres plenty of good ones depending on what you do.

i didnt even notice firefox 2 came out till this thread, so thanks for the notice, im using firefox 2 + some of the extensions listed on here. good thread.

Yeah you have to check since there is no automatic update. FF 2 is even better than the previous version, hard to believe since it was so great.

I have the same mouse and the same problem, wish someone knew how to fix it.

The mouse problem sounds like you need to configure your mouse driver. It may work by default in Windows and IE because MS likes it that way, but Firefox would probably need to have your driver installed and configured.

it seems to be a problem with firefox only. All drivers are fine, the mouse works great with everything except firefox.
