Well due to my legal troubles I have been abstaining from smoking, which let me save up enough money to finally buy a 30GB video ipod. I have to say there is nothing more satisfying than having your entire music library in your pocket and being able to watch Robot Chicken, and Da Ali G show in math class.

EDIT: actually maybe the "Techy stuff" forum would have been more appropriate

I have a 30G video IPOD also and love it. Besides the music and videos there are so many podcast to choose from.

I have one and have never regretted the purchase.

Especially when I'm toking on the go, music is one of my favorite things in the world.

Oh yeah I forgot all about the podcasts, I'm a fan of NPR so "This American Life" is one of my favorites as well as the Adult Swim podcast but I think they stopped doing that one. Anyone know of any good cannabis podcasts?

I have an 8GB nano. It's awesome and so small. Makes my RAZR (cell phone) look huge by comparison.

The only thing I'm worried about is the amount of music it holds. The nanos come in, I think, 2, 4, and 8GB sizes, holding about 500, 1000 and 2000 songs respectively. I had to get the biggest, 'cause I knew I'd use up 500 or 1000 songs in a heartbeat. I put nearly 600 on it the first day I had it. But I figure I could always delete some when I'm tired of them and put new ones on, it's so easy with iTunes anyway.

ipod videos are beast. But before they had shows like fosters home for imaginary friends, invader zim, weeds, and all that good stuff, I had gotten these shows from limewire and converted them, and when I updated my ipods software, it erased all of it, so i had to buy it again. itunes can be a real bitch. (for example, they scammed people who bought a season pass for south park, cuz they split the season up over the summer, and called it season 10a and 10b, and made people pay again for b. What a skanky thing to do.

Well if violating copyright laws doesn't go against your moral values which they probably don't considering the above post podtropolis is a great site for ipod videos.

I got my iPod almost 4 years ago and I love it. I dont leave home without it, its like an extension of my body. I just wish mine had video though.

Yeah, I've had a few iPods. Right now I have a 4 GB nano. I'm thinking of selling it and buying a newer one, I could really use more space.

Funny, ive been using a 20gig ipod for 2 years now and im actualy trying to go even MORE convinient. Just last night I bought a 2gig memory card for my Cell phone (LG CU-500) so I can load up all of my favorite/most listened to songs and have them on the go in my phone. The ipod will stay in the car where I have it hardwired into the stereo. I tried the FM modulator thing, but it was crap. So now ill have my entire library in my car, and my favorite songs (and alot more) in my pocket streaming to me wirelessly through a bluetooth stereo headset
