This is what I like to use Mldonkey, for p2p networks. It goes on most of them at once so that your searches hit all the networks at once (except bit torrent, but it can download from it), however once I get DSL (on dialup now but dsl just became availible) I can justify paying for a news server.

Hey !
I'm on my first day here, and i was asking to myself if except the love of the Green, I have some common interest with other users... So what a better way to know it than starting a thread on the matter. Tell me, do you use BitTorrent, what is your favorite client, tracker... From where do you get your invite...
Personnaly i used to have them from InviteTrader but now is down, the staff has decided to save p2ptalk from the death and all our community have moved to it, a nice place for those who don't know it (I hope this is allowed, here is a link to join if you want to P2P Talk! - Forum Rules ).
My prefered client is µTorrent, and my fav tracker is TorrentLeech.
What about you guys ?

PS : if putting a link is against the rules, i deeply and sincerely apologize...

You don't wanna link to commercial sites, probably could just edit out the www or put (dot) where there is a period so it won't link. Anyway, I use Azureus constantly. I rent movies too but for the most part, I like to be able to watch them again w/o paying thousands of dollars to buy all the movies.
