does any one else do this?

i started about a month ago and while its confusing at first, it is a incredible easy way of dl things... for example i am dling the Red Hot Chili Peppers discography, call of duty 2, and half life 2 with all of the extra games and shit...

i already have dled the Pink Floyd discography, Puff Puff Pass, and some other movies that i cant think of right now...

If you havent done this yet and are looking to start i suggest using Bit Lord and dling from sites like seedler . com and torrentspy . com

Utorrent is the best client by far. Private trackers are the way to go if you want to BT.

I just started too; it was getting tough for me to download certain files on p2p. Gotten any entire albums where the songs are completely messed yet? It's funny though, sometimes it's taken 6 days to download one movie. I like the way the albums are nicely organized for you though.

demonoid is a good private tracker pirate bay just got shut down

i started with torrentspy but i got tired of screwed up trackers... torrentz is a good search engine utorrent is very good unless you have an awsome computer in which case i sugest azureus (its got udp support) btw if you use bt's please oppen the correct ports on your F!@#$%^ routers!

btw i do use bt's if you were wondering

Of course it's downloading fine. All the tracker does is keep tabs on how many seeds/leechers are seeding/leeching a specific torrent.
Your'e not downloading from the website, but from the people seeding the torrent.

A couple of years ago my friend told me something like 30% of all the world's bandwidth is dedicated to bit torrents.

I don't use those programs. I've tried but I've never been able to get a download to even move 1k so I just don't waste my time. I use edonkey2000 for anything I need downloaded. Most of my downloads finish within 24 hours and I can literally get anything I want so it works perfectly for me.
