I'd got for the classic. I've had an iPod for a long time, and I wouldn't go to anything else. Also, if you purchased music on itunes, then your stuck with the iPod.

Zune isn't mac compatible either. But you probably aren't in that situation.

I'm gonna have to go with the Classic. It has everything I need and most of what I want. The zune not being mac compatible is a big problem since my next computer purchase is undoubtedly gonna be a macbook. Thanks for everyones input and help.

Hey man when you get ready to get the new iPod check out podswap.com. They take ur old iPod and give you credit towards a new one. They then refurbish the old one and resell it. Just a second option as ebay and paypal like to take their cut out of the deal, it may be more beneficial to go the podswap route...

Touch for sure i have one and jailbroke it now i have pokemon red on it (ya i know im cool) its my prized possesion i take it with me everywhere seriouslly coolest thing i own lol

iPod Touch. Sure, you pay the 'early adopter' fees but no moving parts = no hard drive failure.
