I think a recalculation is in order: Regarding the link below, we need to increase the number from one to two people that had to either pay a fine, do jail time or both for pirating software. that still doesn't change my number... I have always only counted your average downloader...

The lady that used her personal information as her download account and the warez kingpin you're linking too don't really reflect your average downloader hopping on to grab some files.
