Curiosity has just struck me. . . What is your favorite p2p torrent distributing site? I have only really used one site, The Pirate Bay. I've heard of others but have never found a need or use to try them.

Also, which torrent application do you use/prefer? I use Azureus (once again, the only one I've ever used). Are there much of a difference between the different programs? (assuming there are other programs...)

I basically use whatever torrent site has what I'm looking for. Torrentz polls most of the major ones. In my case, most of them point to mininova.

I did use Azureus at one point but found it to be too much of a memory hog, being Java-based. I switched over to uTorrent and have been happy ever since.

I've been using uTorrent for awhile and I, too, like it. I tend to begin my torrent search at mininova.org but there are a lot of torrent sites out there.

I use µTorrent. I like it the best out of all the other programs. Simple, fast, easy and light.

I primarily use btjunkie for stuff. Best site, hands down. It's the largest torrent indexer on the web.

Thanks, I'll have to try btjunkie out. I think UTorrent is the greatest app since Napster.. I usually use it in conjunction with Isohunt, which is an excellent torrent site, imo.

forgot to mention this as well- simply best torrent client out there

with utorrent + demonoid, i find 99% of any and everything i want... i rarely need to go to another site (number 2 is mininova if it calls for it)
