bubbler issues help me?

Ok, so I have my friends bubbler. we've used it multiple times in the past. But now I can't get the water in it. The bottom part, iv put the water in
through the carb, and that didn't work as well as through the mouth peice. It just sits in the middle and I can't do anything. Help what do I do

Do you have a picture of the bubbler? Sometimes it works to just flip it upside down and around so the water will flow into the chamber.

I don't really get what your trying to say here but just pour the water through the bowl. Works
