Favorite 80's Song

    We all know that the 80's were a terrible decade (with the exception of my birth), but one good thing was some of the music! What's everyone's favorite 80's song, as cheesy or dumb as it could be.

    "Take on me" by Aha is a favorite, along with that "Hit me with your best shot" song. I forget who sang it, but damn she is ugly. Journey is good too, real good.

    Yeah smooth criminal is the pimp style 80's music right there.

    Im not a big fan of 80's music but they had alot of catchy tunes. none that i can name really.

    Many more song, the 80's just seemed like a cool place to be according to Vice City and Miami Vice

    Speaking of Vice City, I can't believe I forgot "I ran" by a flock of seagulls! It is almost as good as 99 Red Balloons by Nena, too.

    I was thinkin' Joy Division but Ian Curtis strung himself up in 80 so I guess they wouldn't count, so......

    1st half of the 80's I was big on The Cure, JD, The Smiths, Throbbing Gristle.
    2nd half was more Ministry & Skinny Puppy

    A lot of great Rock came from the 80's. The Pop Music was pretty goofy though. Here's a few I've always liked.
