Got new Vaporizer. Doesn't work?!

Hi everyone.
I got yesterday my first Vaporizer, Noble VP600. Yesterday night i was electrified so i tried it. Grinder, weed, plug the whip in the vape... temp at 205 C...waited a long...no vapor!? i don't know how it is possible.. someone know why it doesn't produce vapor??
I'll attachin a picture of the amount of weed utilized... any advise?

This site has a complete list of temps and what your getting at these temps. It says at 314.6F max for thc.
