I have read most of the stickies... and I have seen very little on what to do to rid thc naturallly and the fastest possible.... this is what I got out of it... 1. Not smoking 2. Excercise ( run, I know but lift weights? ) 3. Drink and Drink and Drink water every day 4. Cranberry juice 5. High Fiber foods..... What else did I miss and are these in correct order? I think there needs to be information on this topic alone, as there are many different demensions of stress from being drug tested possibly.
