Plant Identification?

Okay. I planted a vegetable garden a while back and in the back corner of the garden I planted a few seeds from a bag of herb I had. In the middle of the garden I noticed a plant growing that looks a lot like weed. I don't know how it could be though as the plant is nowhere near where I planted the seeds. The only thing I can think of is that maybe I dropped a few and didn't know it. Could anyone give me an identification on what this plant might be?

Although I'm not 1oo% sure as to what it is, I don't think it's marijuana. The leaf structure is not right. I do believe I've seen this plant before growing in the wild. I believe it is a common weed where I'm at. If you find out what it is, let us know.
