RI: New Directions To Hold Public Safety Meeting On Drug Policy

Our current drug policies are not working. Youth drug use and availability are on the rise. Funding for treatment and prevention is dwindling. One in two high school students report that they know someone at their school who sells illegal drugs. Join us on December 8th to learn about what individuals and organizations around the state are doing to address the issue of drugs and drug policy in their communities, and be part of a discussion about how we can better protect families and young people. Anyone interested in participating in an open, informative dialogue about drugs and fresh approaches to drug policy is invited.
