What amount of urine (ml) is needed for a test?

I may have to do a pre-employment/post-offer urine test for a new job... I was trying to find what the amount of urine I need to provide is? I am using testclear's powdered urine kit and they provide a 50ml vial, I read on N2's substitution post that 60ml may be required. Anyone know what Florida/Federal regulations state regarding this? I suppose I could grab a shampoo bottle to do the same thing, but was just planning on using the vial testclear gives me with the temp strip already on it.. I've been practicing and think I have it down... just tryng to avoid any sort of problems with the amount of urine I sub with.. thanks.

Oh, forgot to mention.. been practicing quite a bit with the vial here tonight and I am wondering what the purpose of a heater/foot warmer is? I have filled this vial up with 98-100 degree water (verified with a digital thermometer and temperature strip on the side of the vial) and it always seems to maintain around 95-96F under my saq with two pairs of boxer briefs... Is it safe to assume I can just heat it up with warm tap water and crotch it and walk into the lab?
