EDIT: what im trying to ask is that if rolling paper made from tobacco bad? as in does it have the same characteristics as tobacco in a cig?

    Thanks

100% hemp papers are the way to go. I personally use Bob Marley brand hemp rolling papers.

I'll put in another vote for the Pure Hemps.
If you don't live too close to a well stocked smoke shop, the pretty much Cardinal rule is: Zig Zag White or Orange. The Blue ones are great for Tobacco, but horrid with weed.
Rizla Red, is strictly for Tobacco. The Blue ones are better for Pot.
A very thin paper with no "burn agents" is the best way to go. The thicker it is, the faster it tends to scorch out. It sounds ass backwards, but true.

Those are Miguel Costas Pure Hemp, in a much cooler looking packet. :)
Hempire and Graffix are also Pure Hemps.
The Bob Marley's are great collectibles. I just buy them and display 'em.

what im trying to ask is that if rolling paper made from tobacco bad? as in does it have the same characteristics as tobacco in a cig?

I've never seen tobacco rolling papers, besides blunts. I didn't know they existed, they may contain a little bit of nicotine or something but it won't have anywhere near the impact a cigarette does.

In my experience, papers don't make a lot of difference. They're all just processed cellulose, no matter what the origin of that cellulose. Thin is better than thick. Plain is better than printed. I've used Zig-Zags for almost 40 years. They're cheap, available everywhere, and do a good job. The main reason I stick to the brand is that I bought a case of them and I'm still working through it.

I'm thinking about doing the same thing Buzzby, I hate reaching for my pack just to figure out I'm all out. As for the tobacco papers... I thought the only way that happened was like, blunt rolls.

Hemp papers are great, but if you cant find any try getting some rice-paper ones.

Personally, because of where i live and the laws here, the only papers i have been able to find are 'mantra' rolling papers (flavoured), of course there is the option of buying online.
