Iv been smoking out of wrench sockets for a year now ever sence i started smoking pot. I was reading about it somewhere and it was saying i have to "cook" it first. What dose that mean? Oh and Iv held a lighter to the socket for 2 or 3 seconds and it actualy catches on fire for a split second. In the past I just ignored it but now it kind of worrys me. Can anyone help me out here?

Most sockets are stainless steel, which is benign. Aside from a metallic taste, smoking out of metal is generally harmless. Just don't smoke out of anything that'll melt or smoke (like plastic) and you're good. Also, metal shouldn't 'catch fire' from a lighter. Make sure it isn't coated in paint or something.
