Any advice would be much appreciated...Same as alot of folks on here, getting a new job, great $$, have to take this test, it's a DOT exam since I am driving alot.

haven't puffed since maybe New Years, until I completely spaced when some friends came in town 4/19 & 4/20 (oh the irony). smoked 1/3 of a J on 4/19, about 10 hits off a bowl on 4/20.

Now this test is coming up and I am freaked. 200lbs, 30 y/o, good shape, worked out strenuously 2-3 times a week since then, drinking tons of water all the time, eating healthy, whatever. I'm 30, metabolism is slowing down, but i think it's still good.

I took 3 take home tests a full 2 weeks ago, 2 of 3 were the first pee of the day and all 3 were negative.

Test is tomorrow around 4PM, so I'm going to do dilution, starting with Asprin around noon...of course I'll b drinking alot of water before then. My Question finally is

1) should i dilute at all, and possibly raise suspicion?

2) I have the asprin & B2, I have been killing the red meat for the last almost week, and if I need Rolaids, wtf, I guess I'll get them too, So if i follow "the rules" I should just do that and be done with it, or sortof 'half' dilute, or what. Any advice?

To clarify one thing, I don't want to Dilute and have it come back adulterated for no good reason, I just want to make sure using the dilution method isn't going to fuck anything up.

By the way...this is STILL the gist of it right...no changes? (right??)
1. 4 hours before - 4 asprin.
2. Start rocking the Gatorade, about a 2-Liter.
3. 1-2 hours before take some B2.

When/where ( i couldn't find it in the dilution thread) should I take rolaids, add salt, or any of that? And is the 4 asprin 4 hours before cool & that's all?

I'm leaving in an hour driving for meetings all day...well until 1, and my test this afternoon at 4. I'll have a full (and empty ) gatorade bottle in the car and make sure not to get lemon-lime to head off any unfortunate cases of misidentification...but i really was hoping for a quick 'these are the things you need to take'...with the understanding that i have been loading up on red meat for the past week.

You only need one liter of Gatorade, about 1-1/2 hours prior to test time. About 2:30, start drinking the gatorade, finishing aobut 3:30. You have 30 days of abstinance under your belt from an infrequent smoking history.

You will be fine as long as you don't overdo the fluid intake. 2 liters is overdoing it.

thankyou...so what about the b2 asprin and/or rolaids?

asprin is thought to interfere with the EMIT assay, although labs claim to have overcome it. the results aren't "in" on that issue, so, most people agree that taking the asprin can't hurt (unless we are talking about your stomach, of course)

rolaids for sodium/specific gravity - make sure your rolaids actually contain sodium, as most are sodium free these days. taking sodium free rolaids won't do much for the test but might counteract the asprin burning a hole in your stomach.

Just put in in a plastic bottle, ( you can buy one in any store that they sell pipes or weed things) empty the synthetic pee that comes in the bottle , ask a friend that you know that is clean, and go to your test , but the bottle in your underwear so it will keep on the body temperature.

you just dump it in the cup when you go for your test , you will be fine. You can also self test you, cost 20$ to buy a home tester.

did i miss something? i thought he was asking about dilution, not subbing. someone with his smoking history should be able to pass the test on his own, and definately without subbing.
