Default 5 days until test and not sure which route to take

Great forum and great information everyone. Before I explain my situation I'd like to express my gratitude to those who have contributed and helped those in need.

Physical stats
Height: 5'8"
Weight: 215lbs
Metabolism: relatively slow
Low physical activity and I've got quite a bit of fat.. haha

I started smoking a little more than four months ago. Since then I've probably smoked, on average, a gram a week. I'm not sure if that classifies me as medium or chronic.

The last time I smoked was last night and my test is on Wednesday the 28th. I might be able to take it the 29th. So let's just say 5 days from now.

Should I go for dilution? I read the sticky and the steps seem quite simple, so I'm confident I could handle it. I'm terrified of substituting and don't think I'll be able to pull it off; finding a donor will be a little difficult as well.

Should I exercise like crazy? I'm not sure if I have enough time. I don't want to burn the fat and have the THC coming out through my urine when the test day is close.

Should my diet from now on consist of mostly fatty foods? From what I've read, I think in my situation I have to add a newer layer of fat or something along those lines.

Should I begin taking creatine now or wait another day or two?

Anyone know if BestBuy accepts diluted results as passing?

Well first and foremost dont smoke anymore until AFTER the test...

Based on your smoking history I would like to say that you could try dilution....finding a donor would be the most difficult part....

its downhill after that (trust me)

BUT PLEASE DONT START EXERCISING AT ALL! especially with so little a time frame.

If i were you i would TRY to find a sub. partner or maybe order some Quick Fix.
YOU WILL NOT BE OBSERVED IF TEMP IS RIGHT YOULL BE FINE...

if this is not an option start loading on creatine 2-3 days before...i guess i would not hurt to take early (dont quote me) but creatine needs time to metabolize in ur body and that could take anywhere from 1-2 days.


Maybe hold off on the supplement and go for loading up on red meat and use the supp. when the deadline is approaching....but remember creatine has to metabolize so U CANT TAKE IT THE DAY OF IT WONT MATTER AT THAT POINT.

Being sedintary could help and as for the new layer of fat hey what could it hurt.

if not try dilute (BUT FOLLOW DIRECTIONS TO A T)
