I took a pre-employment drug test on Friday morning after not smoking pot for 4 weeks and passing 3 home THC tests. I decided to go with a decent dilution still. I drank probably 30 ounces of water in the 2 hours before my test. I pissed twice before the real deal. The 2nd piss was almost clear, so for the hour up until my test I drank maybe only 5 ounces. My piss for the actual sample wasn't clear, but it wasn't exactly as yellowish as I'd want. Although it's definitely reasonable piss for a hydrated person.

The nurse had a sheet that she filled out after analyzing the piss. For specific gravity it said "100". Then for protein, sugars, and something else, it said "-". Are these the tests for fake piss/dilution? The urine sample was sent out to Medtox for a 10 panel screening. I know I am going to pass the panels, but I'm just worried about getting a dilution. I just smoked last night so now I'm kind of worried. I'm assuming that they tested for all the dilution/fake piss crap on site and then send in the piss to the lab only for the panel results?

I think you should pass, it depends upon your weight and how much you smoked before then. But either way, you should be good. And if it was yellowish they should take it.

But how much do you weigh and how much did you smoke before hand?

I am not worried about passing the actual THC test. I know I will because I took a month off from smoking and passed 3 tests at home. My question is only whether or not I have passed the dilution tests.

I'm mainly wondering what the "negative" means by creatine and sugars that the nurse marked down. Does this mean "the urine is not diluted"? Or does this mean "the urine is diluted"? I've already smoked since my drug test and thus don't want to have to take the test again because of dilution.

I can't say whether or not you passed the dilution tests based on what you saw the nurse writing, but if you haven't heard anything and you took the test Friday I think you're definitely good to toke. I have a similar thread open asking about the turnaround for Labcorp test results and no one has responded. BUT I know if you do come up dilute it is in the tester's interest to get you back in IMMEDIATELY for a re-test. If you come up dilute they suspect you're trying to cheat the test and therefore watch you pee and insist you do the re-test immediately. It seems highly improbable that they'd wait this long to tell you. And you know that they won't notify you or anything if you pass
