I havea test tuesday and plan on bringing in urine, do they go in with you? what kind of test is 35105n sap 5-50 w/wit?

thats a very good question, i was wondering the same thing, i was also wondering if i could get away with sending in a friend for myself, maybe they wouldnt id if you have the form?

I'm not sure about the original question (my guess would be that it's unsupervised if it's for a job), but sending someone in for you won't work. They always ask for your ID when they do your paperwork, which I believe is always done the day of the test.

They check ID but do not go in the bathroom with you. Substitution would be possible.
