ok heres the deal ive only smoked once in the last 10 and a half months its was on the 13th of this month and i had a drug test on the 22nd and i passed no dilution at all pee was rather yellow, im 6,2 125 pounds i have a ridiculeously fast metabolism im 17. now heres the dilema im going to a friends house to drink tonight and he has a gram of pot do you think it would be safe to smoke one bowl if i have a possible drug test on 9th of june?

ok i ended up smoking around a a gram of some shwag do you think it will be out of my system by the 9th

I think if you are subject to regular drug testing, you should not smoke pot.

the 9th is the last time i see my probation officer ever i get terminated from probation on the 9th just askin if you think 15 days is sufficent time to be clean for a dip stick test if ive smoked twice in the last ten months

test yourself at home with the first void of the day. you'll be 14 days out from the time you last smoked.

immediately start to exercise, and lay off 4 days before your test. do long duration (45 mins - 1 hour) of low intensity (65% - 75% of your maximum heart rate (228- you age) daily, if you want to increase your metabolism.

make sure you are moving your bowels regularly.

and dont smoke anymore until your freedom is yours. not smoking pot until you are off probation is a lot better than not smoking pot in a jail cell. please, this is your freedom you are risking - and for some schwag, at that.

sigh.
