| I am doing a urine test for the government. They are prepared for there to be THC in my system. Does the tests they use detect how much THC? Are they going to say that I smoked every day when in fact I did? I am doing urine any day now....will it show I am a heavy smoker? Thanks |

| i would imagine that if you test (+) at whatever the cut off level is that they are using (check online, it should tell you what the standards are for most government testing), and you test (+), it will go to gc/ms. i believe that at the gc/ms level, there is a quantatative number given, so yes, "they" will "know" how much of the thc metabolite is in your system if your sample goes to gc/ms. at that point, a (+) is a (+), and i don't know that they make much of a distinction between someone who has, say, 18 ng/ml of metabolite vs. someone with 300 ng/ml. (+) is (+) can you sub? |
