| Hi.. To those of you truckers out there: I will be taking a DOT drug test monday for the first time ever (starting CDL training school). I have not smoked at all in seven weeks, but I was an every-day smoker. I'm 25 years old, 5'7" 175 pounds, and get fair/moderate exercise. What do you think my chances are? Should I be guzzling water and jogging some miles, or is 50 days pot-free adequate? thanks in advance... |

| test yourself with the first void of the day. if you pass, you are OK. i would suspect that you will be OK, but no one here likes to assume and make "take it to the bank" predictions. the only way to know is to test yourself. guzzling water days before your test will only give your kidneys a workout. you should stop exercising 4-5 days before your test (so, now) get a home test. test yourself with your first piss of the day - if you pass, you're good to go with 20 oz of gatorade 1.5 hours before your test - no more, you don't want a (-) dilute. |
