Hi, I've been clean for about 2 weeks now and have a UA tomorrow. I still do not pass the home tests with my natural urine, however I have used a drink called "The Extra Stuff" and passed 2. My question is that would drinking this make my creatine levels so high that the urine may be considered invalid? I tried searching the forums for an answer and had a hard time finding any which is why I am making this post. Thank you for your time.

The "creatine supps" thats boasted in those magic drinks are useless when they are consumed on the day of test. It takes up to 3 days for creatine to convert into creatinine. Creatinine levels are whats being tested in a urine sample.

A urine sample will not be flagged for high creatinine levels because there are no upper limits established for creatinine. As long as the creatinine level is over 20 mg/dL, its satisfactory.
However, this doesnt mean you should go overboard on creatine supps. Too much creatine can result in long periods in the bathroom, sitting on the toilet seat.
