Default Urine Test in 1 week advice
Height= 6'-0"
Weight=140lbs,
Estimated metabolism=High

I've smoke almost daily until June 7th, when I found out that I would have to take a pre-employment test on June 16th.

What is my best course of action starting today June 9th (obviously not smoking is #1)

ANy help is appreciated
