Okay here is the deal... I have been a smoker for a few years now. During the first week in January I stopped smoking, with probably 2 weeks prior to smoking, so I would say before then it would have been right before christmas. Anyway I have not smoked since then, that being the first week of January, until May 17 I took about 3 hits. I had an escreen ecup drug test today.I would say i'm about 5'8 close to 185 pounds with moderate motabolism. I've been drinking a shit ton of water for the past week, and yesterday and this morning before the test I supplimented with niacin....creatine....and a multivitamin. Also I drank some cranberry juice. My questions is how clean do you think I was today? As i said I had not smoked for about 4 months, then just a few hits about 3 weeks ago. Do any of you people have information about the escreeen ecup test sensitivity? I'm freaking out I really need this Job

well i appreciate your well wishing. During the test I was basically a nervous wreck. After on my way to my car I really felt like all i wanted to do was throw up. Some of my friends suggested that i just start drinking and stop giving myself an ulcer. soooo i ordered papa johns and had a few gin and tonics... It did help, alittle. Still nervous. But i guess its done and over with so all i need to do now is wait. I'll try to remember to let you guys know how it turns out. Brothers got to look out for another you know

Hey I just wanted to give an Update to my post....

Well Its been over a week, I've been through orientation, and yesterday I got my name badge and I'm in thier system. I would think it fair to say I passed that stupid immoral piss test. Thanks for you input, you did help put some of my fears to rest. I was about to give myself an ulcer during that time

Also since then I've been workingout relentlessly, need to build up my motabolisim....I think it will help to have a reved up system for future indeveors fo sho
