|  How long should it take me? How long should it take me to be clean. I am 6'3" and I weight about 157. Very skinny, not a lot of fat on my body. And also, how long will it take me if I work out everyday while drinking lots of water. Thanks! P.S. (I only smoked a little over an 1/8 over a period of 2 1/2 weeks.) |

| If you drink a lot of water and work out I would assume somewhere between 2-3 weeks. That is what it is for me and I am close to your height and weight.  |

| The AVERAGE time for a user to piss clean is about 30 days. There are a lot of factors that affect that time including body fat percentage, physical activity level, metabolism rate, and so on. Your best bet is to pick up a home test kit at a drug store (or a multi-pack, which are cheaper and available on Ebay) and you can test yourself to see if you're clean. Multiple kits will allow you to see progress, as well.
