Pretty much too late I guess so not really asking for advice. I took my wizz quiz today and used the dilution method. I have been clean for 28 days and am a moderate smoker, but for a long, long time, and I'm a heavy guy. I self tested with a dip test at 24 days and failed. I should have subbed but was too nervous to pull it off an figured I was close enough to dilute and get away with it.

But I wonder... I had a kidney removed about 1.5 years ago. What effect might that have? Has anyone explored that or have an understanding of it? I know I pee less in general so does that increase the amount of time for THC metabolites to disappear? Is it twice as long? half as long? No difference? Is there an excuse I can muster out if I get hit with a dilution rejection? Like 'hey, one kidney means inconsistant pee density'?

Just wondering if anyone has an opinion. I'll update my results to include at least one piece of data anyway.

If you have marijuana in your specimen, there really is no excuse you can give. marijuana is an illegal substance, it doesn't matter how "dense" your urine is.

Right. But I asked if I had a case for a rejection for it being too dilute, not a positive for marijuana.

Nope. You still have normal urinary output even with one kidney. You wouldn't drink so much water that your one kidney must work overtime to keep up. Your line of thinking makes no sense. If anything, with one kidney, I would think you would tend to retain water and have higher concentrated urine (opposite of diluted urine).
