Hey guys, I know this is the million dollar question but I'm majorly freaking and in need of some reliable advice for my particular situation since I'm up for my first professional position (something that just developed)...Here goes... Ok, so I smoked really heavily for approximately 7 months, then I slowed down to 1-3 "cigars" per week before quitting for 2-3 weeks. After that I smoked a small personal 'cigarette" once, and haven't smoked in approximately 3-4 weeks. In addition, I'm 350 lbs. and know that I have a [surprisingly] slightly fast metabolism because I had lab work performed a few weeks ago - albeit I was working out pretty hardcore. So my question is: (1) am I probably clean? (2) Given that today is Wednesday and I may have a test as early as this coming Monday, what could I do to ensure that I pass my urine test? Please note that I will supervised so using a clean specimen isn't a viable option. Are there any detox pills guaranteed to work in my situation that are also undetectable? (3) Should I attempt to increase my metabolism over the next few days, or slow it down? Thanks so much guys!!!

I failed to mention that I've also been on 25mg of HCTZ (diuretic) per day for the past year.

Well, you aren't going to be "supervised" during your drug test. You will either take an 'unobserved test" or an 'observed test'. Why do you think you will be observed for a pre-employment test? it is highly unusual, and against regulation/protocol in most situations to observe without cause. You might be gettin close to testing clean, take a home test and find out for yourself.
