| Just scored my first job yesterday. I applied at Dunkin' Donuts and then they called me back. Yesterday I went in for an interview and they told me that I had gotten the job, and because I am under 18, I needed working papers. Nowhere on the application did it say, nor was I told that I would have to take a drug test. I go back in next Wednesday for training and I'm wondering if they will tell me then. What do you guys think/know, can they still legally say I need to take a drug test? If it is, do you think they will? |

| They can legally ask you to submit to a drug test at any time. Call the Manager and ask for a copy of the employer policy (employee handbook). That should have a chapter on Controlled Substances use or misuse. That should tell you if they even have a policy for testing. |
