I am hoping all is good but thought I might throw my scenario out there and see what you think. Up until 13 days ago I had not smoked in 15 years. 13 days ago I took two hits and that was all. Now out of nowhere a job opportunity popped up and i need to do a urine test tomorrow. Seems like from what I can read metabolism matters with regards to getting rid of the thc and I have been bicycling consistently for about 4 months so i would think my metabolism is ok. In the week after taking those two hits I rode 38 miles one day and 55 miles the next. today I rode another 39 miles. I am hoping that flushed all that can be detected out of my system. Do you think i need to worry?

You don't need to worry at all. On a THC free body, if you get high once, you should be able to test negative within 3-5 days tops. It is those who use daily that take up to 6 weeks or so to test negative. You have nothing to worry about at all, but if you doubt me, go to a large chain drug store and purchase a home test. test yourself and you will put your mind at ease.
