| Hello. Just took my UA today. Not worried as it has been 63 days ![]() Just curious about a few things: 1. Where on the form does it indicate the actual test type #? I cannot find it anywhere. All it says it my employer's name and that it was a pre-employment test. 2. I am legally prescribed a pain killer after my accident a few weeks ago. When I asked the person who collected my sample if I should inform their of any medication I'm on, their response was no. Does this mean I was given a very basic examination? Because I'm afraid it will show up for something even tho I have a prescription. Does it mean they do not even check for certain prescription medicine? I'm asking this because my last LabCorp pre-employ UA I was asked to fill out a form myself and had to indicate the medication I was on. Is this due to different exams? 3. OMG how easy it would have been to sub. They did not even check the temp and just marked it as the correct temp right away (just in my case do not think it's like this for all of their locations). Well I'm glad it's all over. Nine weeks of hell and stress. Advice to anybody graduating with a job offer contingent upon a UA after graduation in May: stop in late January. Yes 3 months may be overkill but at least you have ZERO to worry about. The amount of stress I endured was not worth it. I can literally see grey hairs starting to pop up. Thanks to everybody on this site for the great info! Last edited by rocafella3 : 06-20-2008 at 01:39 AM. Reason: more info |
