| maybe i'm getting too paranoid, but here's my question: does anyone know whether health care staffing companies have some sort of main database with the names of their employees who have failed a drug test? i'm talking with a new company & i'm totally freaked out thinking they already know that i've failed a previous test. there are only so many staffing companies and it seems obvious to me that an employee would look for work with another company shortly after being terminated by their company. anyone? thanks! |

| It is not legal for companies to share your drug testing information with another company without your permission. |
