| i am a 43 yr old female, i weigh about 125-128 lbs so i'm thin but not in shape, don't work out, do walk my dog daily about 1 hour and my job is somewhat physical. i'm probably usually pretty dehydrated b/c i don't usually drink much water. i eat fairly well, but lots of carbs/fat/candy & not much protein. i smoke each evening 3-4 bowls medium quality stuff. i've been clean for 5 days now and will need to test in 4 days (will have been clean for a total of 8 days). the past 5 days, i've had LOTS of water, cranberry juice and have been hiking/working up a sweat each day for about an hour. i recently lost my job after failing a UA & now have to test again for another job. i think it's the same one i took before, all i know is the other one was a 10 panel. subbing is out of the question as i know i won't be able to pull it off, i get too nervous. i'm planning to do the dilution method. one of my questions is about my diet to prepare for the test. i've steered clear of fats and am trying to eat more protein & eating more frequently in hopes of raising metabolism. i'm also confused about the rolaids/tums..... PLEASE help straighten this out. my head is spinning, i miss half & half in coffee not to mention all the carbs/candy/chocolate i usually eat. any suggestions? i took the at home test already and failed. yikes. i'm in BIG trouble if i don't get this job. my dog keeps looking at me like hey, why aren't you at work, lady? go get a job & bring me home some doggie bones.
