i'm sorry to be so needy, i promise i've read thru the threads, i'm just not understanding the info as it's presented.

i passed my home test after practice run w/ dilution. i haven't addressed the creatine issue, though. i went out to buy it today, but the store i went to didn't have it, then i forgot all about it. ugh.

so, even if i'm passing my home test i need to raise my creatine levels?

somehow i thought if i test negative they won't check creatine levels, but that's not true, is it?

will 2 days be enough time to raise creatine levels?

if i NEVER eat red meat does that make a difference in my natural level/have any effect on this situation?

Go buy Creatine Monohydrate at your GNC if you're concerned with the level of creatine in your urine being too low. Typically, when you drink a lot of water, your urine will dilute the creatine which can be a red flag. A Vitamin-B supplement + Creatine Monohydrate (or even a Monster Energy drink w/ Creatine) in it should be sufficient.

Taking Creatine Monohydrate and a B Vitamin will give your urine a "yellower" hue, and the creatine supplement will keep them from caring too much. Personally, if your urine isn't COMPLETELY WHITE, (which means it has a little bit of yellow in it), I wouldn't worry too much about the creatine issue.

in addition you might wanna practice taking vitamin B tablets at home as a trial. Some people have reported producing a fluroscent yellow piss and this is obviously suspicisous. So if I were you I'd be on the safer side and try it out at home.

Unless your urine comes out some unnatural color like blue or pink, color isn't much of a concern. There are people who have perfectly legitimate reasons for loading up on creatine, which would also cause the bright yellow.

Besides, Niacin will make your urine that much more yellow. Not to mention too much can KILL you. Since the niacin does nothing to help you pass a UA, I'd avoid it all together unless it's part of a daily vitamin regimine.

will my rx adderall cause any further testing that will affect my dilution method for the thc?

an mro always calls about the adderall & after my excitement about passing my home test subsided, i started freaking out again.

also, i think i'm going to drink mostly gatorade instead of water in hopes that will help with color.

my thought is that i'm going to say i have a very shy bladder & wanted to be sure i could provide enough specimen & that it's been so f'ing hot i'm just THIRSTY! wouldn't the shy bladder/drinking tons of water reasoning be pretty acceptable? i'd think many people drink alot for this reason.

You made a decision like many of us have to smoke weed, and now you're afraid of the consequences? You passed your home test, which is just as accurate as the IA they use, so just give them pee in a cup and get on your way.

Well now, i see your point, boogerbrains, but stupidtests has a valid point.

if the adderal shows positive for amphetamines (and it will), the specimen will go to the gc/ms. While the test shoudl be negative for marijuana (the level of THC shoudl be lower than the cutoff), it could take up to a week to confirm the results. This creates much, much more stress than a simple 24 hour negative result would.

I usually never (and never have before) ask this, but stupidtests, can you skip your adderal Rx tomorrow? Would that pose a problem for you for one day? It is better if you get a negative across the board rather than have to wait a week, talk to an MRO, and possible be tripped up into saying something you don't want to say.

Is your adderal necessary for you to function on a daily basis? Is skipping a dose or two going to affect you negatively?

If you are going to dilute and obtain a negative for THC, it stands to reason that the level of adderal in your system would also be affected. The level in your urine might not match that of your prescription and this could pose a problem for you when conversing with the MRO.

Answer honestly, I don't want you to put your health in jeopardy. If you need to take the Rx, we will then advise you on how to answer the MRO when he calls regarding the amphetamine.

Stupidtests, as far as i know powerade is a slightly better option than gatorade because if you look at the ingredients in powerade they contain vitamin b2 and b12 and this will help you colour your urine. Gatorade on the other hand has no vitamins although you might want to confirm this before you buy it.

Also I'm under the impression that gatorade contains more electrolytes (or atleast they advertise so, and my source is wikipedia.com) than powerade. For this reason on the day of my test I will be consuming equal amounts of both powerade and gatorade.

Anyone who wish to correct/add onto this information are most welcome to do so. This is just my research but then again I know that there are people much more knowledgable than I am on this website.

thanks sec! i understand b-brains comments as well, i know you guys get slammed with all the paranoid amateurs here & i don't want to waste anyones time. i am glad you see my point, though. : )

i was contemplating skipping the adderall for today & tmo in hopes it wouldn't show up at all. (i take 30mg generic daily, so i'm not even sure it'd be all out of my system by tmo. ?) i CAN skip it, it's not my preference, but it's not a HEALTH issue, just makes me feel pretty lethargic & generally crummy. not as crummy as remaining unemployed, though! you're right about the stress of waiting a week for mro to call--yikes. i'd rather just be done with it.

i'm not really concerned about the level of adderall that comes back in the test, as the doctor does recommend "rx holidays" 1-2 x month on non work days. i just don't want the thc to be detected when they do more testing for the amphetamine/adderall.

so, it's not talking to the mro that scares me, just the possibility of them finding the thc while testing the amphetamine and the wait time for the final results/waiting for mro to call.

what do you think? i'm not working now, so skipping the adderall is no big deal if you think it'll be out of my system & help expedite the whole process.
